Clean elevators are suitable for semiconductor industry, IC industry, LCD display manufacture, bio-chemical industry, etc. These high-precision industries require a clean environment to produce, to ensure of yield rate of the products.
However, the cleanness of a clean environment relies on air convection, temperature and humidity, air ventilation, vibration and in-car pressure, etc.; Therefore the machines and equipment (including the elevator, of course) inside the clean room are required to satisfy and be capable to control the above listed

factors relating to air cleanness, in order to be able to be used in a clean environment. HONG-WEI's clean elevators fully meet with and control these factors as well as comply with the regulations set out by U.S. Fed-Std-209E federal standard.
The cabin and parts of the clean elevators produced by HONG-WEI have been designed, manufactured and installed in the consideration of the requirements of operation environment in a clean room. Those include, and are not limited to, fully sealed in-car light fixture, special device installed on the car bottom to avoid arisen dust, and special ventilation design to ensure air quality and serve the anti-dust purpose.
